This winter we have noticed a lot more birds than usual visiting our feeder. Most are chick-a-dees and sparrows with an occaisional cardinal.... |

This poor flicker was pushed off the feeder by two mourning doves trying to eat too.... |
This bush was planted just to give the birds a place to roost near the feeder and they usually get along just fine while waiting their turn to dine. |
I could not believe the audacity of the chick-a-dee at the end of the feeder, it didn't budge even when my son plowed snow around it. |
Oh, and did I mention...we HAVE mourning doves !!! |
