It's ALMOST Spring in Michigan

The sun is starting to come out and we are finally starting to see the deer wandering around again.

I see how you can make your millions - snowshoes for deer! Cut me in on some for the idea...

Okay. Wait. Are they standing up? And the snow is almost over their heads?

Please tell me that they are laying down.....like good little deer.

LOL! Must not be easy wandering like that. :D

I think you really oughta get out there and shovel them out a wider path to make their wanderings a little easier.

Ang: SURPRISE no not quite but I had to: The Devil made me do it!!!

Warren: Great IDEA!!! Maybe we can sell them to PETA and let them try to fit them on the deer!!!!

Maude: I assume they are standing up but they may just be resting at the moment from breaking through all of the deep snow.

Kim: No I am sorry to admitt that I did NOT take the photo. It was emailed to me by a friend here in Michigan along with the title and caption. But I just HAD to post it!

Lisa: Thats what snow blowers are for and let the DNR do it! I'm too OLD.

That is an amazing picture. Those poor deer. If they're having to fight their way through snow that deep, I can imagine it's pretty challenging finding food.

Next time my boxer complains about going out in a little So Cal drizzle, I'll make her stare at this picture for an hour. Of course, then she'll complain about having to stare at a picture for an hour.
